COVID-19 Suspension of all competitions

Dear Clubs, Players, Coaches, Officials and Parents,

 

As advised in our last communication we have been monitoring this situation daily.

 

Based on decisions made today by the Government, City Council and peak bodies we have made the decision to suspend all senior and junior competitions effective from 4pm today, Monday March 16^th.

 

This decision will be reviewed, and the situation reassessed on Thursday April 23^rd, 2020.

 

Basketball Ballarat will continue to monitor the situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and to take every step to protect members, employees and guests against the spread of the virus in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Department of Health.

 

We will continue to update you as the situation evolves.

 

Our sports stadiums will be closed to the public from 5pm today.
