Remembering Kelvin Short

Kelvin was such a valuable part of Ballarat Basketball, having spent countless years refereeing domestic and scoring Big V/NBL1, as well as being very well known throughout the state from events, tournaments and leagues in all of his roles. Kelvin kept himself busy across all aspects of basketball, being involved in refereeing, referee coaching, and score table duties. He was a well respected mentor across all levels of referees, and an attribute to Ballarat and our referee program.

Kelvin will be dearly missed by all, and Ballarat Basketball wishes to extend on their deepest condolences to Ann and her family.
